This professional fast downloading template combines sheek design with clean coding and css. This is a fixed-width template which fits screen resolutions 800x600 and up. The site has sizeable text which can be increased or decreased reasonably without breaking the layout. The site is written in XHTML with semantic and validating code and CSS. It's also cross-browser compatable working in: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape, Safari, and others.

This site uses server-side ASP technology so that common elements like navigation and footer links can be stored in their own files to allow for easy link updating. Knowledge of ASP is not neccessary to update the site. Basic knowledge of XHTML and CSS is helpful. If you wish to use this template, be sure your hosting company can handle server-side technology.
